Chanie's Cupcakes & Cakes is a home-based bakery, founded in 2015 by Chantell Mitchell.  I am a self-taught cake artist. I started making cakes as a hobby when I got tired of store-bought cakes for my kid's birthdays. I was asked to make a cake for my mother's birthday party and it just kind of took off from there.

 After a few months, I finally started my own business in 2015.  I received so many requests that I decided to make it a business venture that so far has been a success.  The goal of all the staff at Chanie's Cupcakes & Cakes is to create cakes and cupcakes which are tasty, look amazing, and are a great addition to any event or celebration.   As a result, a high percentage of my business is from repeat customers and referrals.
